Information was obtained from "The Timothy Closson Branch of the Josiah Closson Family of New England" by William G. Closson, Civil Engineer of Flushing, NY, a copy of which is in the New York Public Library on Fifth Ave at 42nd Street.
Isaac was taken into a family by the name Robinson while still in Rockingham, Vermont. He was never formally adopted, but he used the name of Robinson. He settled in Hamilton County, Long Lake, NY in 1841.

Gideon and Orpha lived in Hillier Township ay "Lake Shore". At the time of The 1881 census,
his mother, a widow, was living with them. Also living at home were David, Cyrus and Kate.
The 1871 Census shows their religion as Church of England: the 1881 census shows "Friends".
Both Orpha and Gideon are buried in Chadsey Cemetery, PE County, located on Lots 14 and 15, Concession 1, Hillier Twp. Chadsey Cemetery is near the barn of the farm now being called the "Montfort Farm". A great number of the graves there are marked with smooth round stones, which would indicate that it was a Quaker Cemetery. In the news item in Picton Gazette, in 1908, Gideon was said to be living at Rose Hall, Hiller Twp, occupation was "fisherman"

Eli Warren, of 601 South Clark Street, died at his home Sunday after noon at 3:45 o`clock following an illness of the past three weeks. H e was born Sept. 13, 1884 in Kentucky, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Warren and was united in marriage to Elva Gooch on Aug.6, 1903, in that state. They came to northern Indiana and after settling in Nappanee he became an employee of the Coppes factory, being employed there the past thirty-six years. He was a member of the Church of God.
Surviving besides Mrs. Warren are the following eight chilren: Mrs . Hubert Hartman, Jennie Weaver, Russell Warren, Ralpf Warren, Luther Warren, Lamar Warren, all of Nappanee, Ivory Warren, Elkhart and Evelyn Hardy Bremen; one brother John Warren, of Ohio, four sisters, Mrs. Ora Grant and Mrs. George Reed both of Nappanee, Martha Green Letrill, of Kentucky and Mrs. Gilbert Moore, of Chicago; 17 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Wensday afternoon at 2:30 o`clock at the Church of God, Rev. L. A. Hatch officiating and burial was in the Union Center Cemetery under the direction of Wright & Son.
